Iced Lavender London Fog Recipe

Ingredients: Oat milk, lavender flowers, sugar, Earl Grey tea, food coloring. 

-1 ½ cup sugar 

-¼ cup dried lavender 

-6 Earl Grey Tea Bags 

-1 drop purple food color 

-2 cups oat milk 

The Syrup 

  • Boil 1 cup water, sugar, and lavender in a pot for 6 minutes. Turn down heat and let it strep for 5 more minutes. Strain out leaves, pour into a jar and allow syrup to cool. 
  • Add desired amount of purple food color 

For the Tea 

  • In the same pit, boil 3 cups of water and 6 Earl tea bags. Turn down the heat to steep for 8 minutes. Staring and pour into a jar.

To Assemble

  • Add ice to a glass, pour 1 cup of tea, 3 tbs of lavender syrup and 1 cup of oat milk.
