Q. Which MAC do I have?
The most accurate way to find out is by looking at your model number. Your model number can be found at the bottom of your MAC near the battery. It starts with an A). Ex A1466. A full list of model number can be found underneath each listing and HERE.
Q. What is the difference between Non Retina vs Retina?
Non retina means you DO have a cd slot.
Retina means you DO NOT have a cd slot.
Q. I have an iPhone 5/6, will it fit the 5s/6s?
Yes! The cases are compatible for both the 5/5s and 6/6s.
Q. Is everything really handmade?
Yes! Phone cases are indeed hand painted by Janet, in her studio in Charlotte, NC and so is the assembly of the laptop cases.
Q. I’m local to Charlotte. Can I pick up?
Yes! I do offer local pick up at our storefront Charlotte Collective. Please email us at email@example.com or text us at 704-257-6464 to arrange a pick up!
Q. Why is there a processing time?
All items are handmade in some way to preserve the unique characteristic of each case and our production team is only made of 2 people!

Q. Will I be charge custom fees?
We unfortunately cannot predict or pay for custom charges in advance. You will be responsible for any custom charges incurred. If you refuse the custom charges, and it is returned to us. You will be refunded the cost of the item only and not shipping charges as that is a charge we incur as well. We will not mark a product as lower as it is to pass custom as that is AGAINST THE LAW, so please do not ask us to compromise ourself.
