to place an order, view wholesale pricing, or view our online catalog, you have to be a registered and approved retailer. if you're not registered and would like to be- please go here!
please NOTE that to be approve you must have a working URL for your store and may send us pictures of your storefront for consideration to firstname.lastname@example.org. SUBJECT: wholesale.
any online retailers carrying Janet Gwen Designs products must include Janet Gwen name in the product title or in the product description. all Janet Gwen products that are sold online must state: "created by Janet Gwen Designs".
once you are approved as an online retailer, you can only sell on the URL that is submitted and approve on your wholesale application. you may not sell on national/global platforms, including but not limited to amazon.com, ebay.com, jet, jane.com, etsy, etc. failure to comply will result in your wholesale account being revoked.
order amount minimums
opening orders: $150
re-order minimum: $100
payments for orders are required prior to shipping.
orders are ship approximately 1-2 weeks from order date. we are working as quickly as possible to get your orders out but most of our products are handmade in Charlotte, NC. please contact us at email@example.com for specific lead times.
orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. all prints will come in cello sleeves. candles will be labeled and pins will be on backing cards in cello bags. all items are retail ready with labels and packaging for clear product identification.
all Janet Gwen Designs products must be sold in original packaging. if you have any questions with how our items are package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
any changes made to your order must be submitted by email to email@example.com within 24 hours of place the order. any return or cancellations not reported within the first 24 hours will be issued up to a 25% restocking fee for items returned. if a restocking fee is incurred, it will be deducted from the adjusted order total. products that has been shipped by mistake must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the shipment. returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of notifying us by email. all products must be returned unopened and in original packaging. we will not accept any return products that have been marked or label.
